Consider being a volunteer facilitator for these folks continuing their anti-racism journey! Each week, these small groups will need a group facilitator to lead their discussion section. The job of the facilitator is actually quite small but so vital. Being the person in the group to help establish the rules of engagement, lead into conversation with provided questions, keep discussion honest and on topic, and watch as others learn and grow.
